Role and Expertise
As the Client Service and Operations Manager for the Wealth Management division at FRS, Colleen is responsible for providing the highest level of ongoing relationship management and customer service to promptly meet the needs of the clients. She prides herself on being a knowledgeable and responsive point of contact. With over 20 years of financial services industry experience, Colleen brings a passion for providing all clients with professional and positive interactions.
Colleen began her career with an investment advisory firm focusing on high net worth clients. From there, Colleen spent 8 years managing the Client Services Division of Lockwood Financial Services, where she interacted daily with financial advisors, assisting them with their clients’ needs. After taking time out of the workforce to raise her children, Colleen joined The Philadelphia Group where she served as the primary point of contact for client service requests. A graduate of Villanova University with a degree in Business and Finance, Colleen brings knowledge and expertise to the team she works with and her clients.
In her free time, Colleen enjoys spending time with her husband, four children
and their three rescue dogs. She also likes to volunteer in her children’s schools
and for local youth sports programs.
